By partnering with the Jogging Room platform, we will customize a plan that perfectly fits your needs, offering the right balance of volume, intensity, and pacing to help you perform at your best.
Whether you’re training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon, we’ll collaborate to make sure you’re set up for success and ready to achieve your race-day goals.
My goal will be to go through your training history, any physiological testing, or recent results etc.. and then make sure your plan is optimal for your needs.
This will be done via a questionnaire which will cover all training history, and more specifically your current fitness, goals, and needs.
With your purchase, you’ll receive:

Personalized email support from the start, ensuring your training plan is fine-tuned to meet your specific needs.

Ongoing email check-ins every two weeks, allowing us to track progress and make adjustments where necessary. There’s no cap on the number of emails, but the focus will be on meaningful questions related to your training (and not how the porridge turned out that morning!).

Full access to your tailored plan, including the specific event plan you choose—whether it’s for a marathon or another distance—along with access to JoggingRoom.com’s dedicated resources for that plan. (usually 45-50 pounds)
