Improved confidence to run harder
A very detailed approach including pace zones or HR zones calculators depending on your preference. I found the plan more intense than my current plan (Garmin), I had to revisit my zones to balance out the volume and intensity. With the intention to repeat the plan as I'm seeing significant improvement in my performance (Strava segment PRs) and more importantly my confidence to run harder.
