Returns Policy

Standard Returns

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact the team by email or submit a request through the returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return, and an additional 3 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

“Run in them. Don’t love them? Full refund.”

If you try the shorts and don’t love them, simply email support@262run.com.
Return them to us and you’ll receive a full refund, or you can choose to try a different style instead—whatever works best for you.

Return Costs

As a small business, we’re unable to cover return postage. However, if you do need to return something, we’re happy to offer the value of your paid postage back as store credit - "Up to a maximum value of £15" for a future purchase.

Exchanges

You can start an exchange or request a refund directly through the returns portal.

Buy One Get One Free (BOGOF) – Returns & Exchanges

1. Both items must be returned for a full refund

For “Buy One Get One Free” promotions, both pairs of shorts (the paid pair and the free pair) must be returned together to qualify for a full refund.

2. Returning only one item

If only one pair is returned, the promotional offer becomes invalid.

  • If you’re returning one pair due to sizing or a genuine mistake, the return will be processed as store credit equal to 50% of the original order value (representing the value of the paid item).

  • Cash refunds are not available for partial returns on BOGOF orders.

3. Exchanges

You may exchange one or both pairs for a different size, provided that:

  • The exchange is processed through our normal exchange flow, and

  • You are not requesting a partial monetary refund.

4. Full Refund Eligibility

A full monetary refund will only be issued when both pairs from the BOGOF promotion are returned in their original condition.

5. Misuse of Promotions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we believe the BOGOF offer is being used improperly.
