Really please with the quality and capability of these shorts, 5 gels and a small soft flask no problem, you don’t even know they are there. I haven’t tried carrying more but I know you could. Will be trying the traditional split shorts in the future

Have used these in all my marathon training runs, and I will definitely be using them on race day. They are super comfortable, no chafing and look the real deal.
