The training was well structured, and the it's no surprise great results come. I believe there's a gap in the market with athletes super keen to improve, but the training just isn't good enough.

The 262 Half Marathon Plan is your 12-week roadmap to half marathon success, inspired by the principles and techniques that elite runners use to optimize performance. Crafted by a professional athlete with Olympic experience, this plan is tailored to help runners of all levels elevate their training and achieve their goals.

Plan targets 80.00 but you can adjust paces accordingly to suit your needs. 80.00 is just the example paces.
